Welcome to our village school

In the Heart of London

We believe in teaching the whole curriculum, developing the whole child and building a whole community.  We hope you feel as welcome here on our website as you will when you enter our quirky Victorian building and meet our friendly staff team.

With unusually small class sizes for a state school and a holistic approach to learning, we are proud of the rounded education and nurturing environment we provide for our children.

This year we were proud to receive the prestigious 'Artsmark Platinum' award for our work in the arts, and although there were no formal tests in 2020-21, we are proud that 100% of our Y1 pupils passed the phonics check and Y4 pupils achieved an average score of 96% in the national multiplication tables check.

We hope to start in person school tours again this year for prospective parents, but in the meantime do watch our 'virtual tour' video below.

Louise Ritchie, Headteacher

Due to the Covid Pandemic, we have lost crucial funds this year from cancelling our annual fundraiser the Soho Food Feast and loss of lettings / clubs.  Thank you to everyone who helped with our crowdfunder.  If you would like to help, please contact the school.

If you are looking for a school place for your three or four year old (reception September 2021), please see the information on our 'Apply for a Place' page.

If you would like a place in another year group, please call the office on 02074327320 to arrange an online meeting with the Headteacher.  While we can't arrange visits at present we'll do our best to welcome you to our family virtually!  Our new film gives a little glimpse into the school - we hope you enjoy it.

Eid Mubarak from Soho Parish. In year 4 we shared special food and in Year 3 we learned about Islam with some wonderful artefacts as part of our world faiths RE day. The whole school watched a special assembly and some of our pupils shared why Eid is so special for their family.
